Being The Peace We Seek In The World: A Self Care Retreat
October 8, 2011 - 9:00am - 4:00pm
Description: Stressed? Tired? Searching? Want time to reflect? Come join us for a day of reflection and dialogue on the importance of self care. We will look at essential practices for being able to stand in the vortex of conflict while embodying the peace we so seek in the world. We will explore the fundamental role of our inner journey and daily spiritual practices in our ability to transform conflict and improve relationships. Our clients, our work and our personal lives are positively affected when we consciously care for our soul, constantly reflecting on how we live and how we practice.
